About me

Hi guys, I’m Stephen  an Irish chef who fell in love with Croatia (and a Croatian girl) in 2016  whilst working in Dalmatia for a summer. Since I moved here, I’ve immersed myself in the local traditions, and varied culinary styles of Croatia, (and yes I love the food here). I curate menus and events, lead culinary workshops (online and in person), and compose SOP’s for professional  kitchens.  I hope you find some recipes and tips here to indulge your inner gourmand, and get a chance to join me at one of my culinary workshops.

Clafoutis

Clafoutis comes from the Limousine region of France. It’s traditionally made with black cherries, but you can substitute fruits such as plumbs, apricots and berries if you’re not a cherry
